New headquarters El Bordo de las Lanzas, Salta
The "La Bordo de la Lances" ranch has
proposed to the Grano de Mostaza Foundation to start a Training Center in El
Bordo. This Center aims to involve El Bordo’s community in the Foundation’s
activities so that both institutions can transform and generate a higher
positive social impact on the life of the children who live there.

The idea is to develop a pilot project to
improve the lives of 20 children in 2020.
We are very aware of the people’s needs of El
Bordo, where the ranch is located. Although we are not so far from the capital,
children who go to school do not have much access to tools that allow them to
have a good academic performance and develop their personality in the best way
to be prepared for integrating the labour market. This is one of the reasons
that limit the possibilities to overcome the poverty situation under which they
and their families are living. We are worried about this challenging situation.
